- ✅ No signs of wear or damage
- ✅ In its original condition and packaging

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following items:- 💍 Earrings
- 💍 Huggies
- 💍 Hoop earrings
(Please note that we do not accept returns for other specific items, such as advent calendars or engraved products.)
Once our warehouse has received and approved your return or exchange, please allow up to 14 working days to process your request. You will be notified when your exchange or refund has been processed.
Please include the dispatch note received from the original delivery. If it is not possible to include this, please include a note within the parcel detailing your order number. Thank you!
